September 2017 Dividend Income Summary

Alright! September has come to an end and what a month has it been! It was the third month of the quarter, which usually means a lot of dividend income.

In this blogpost I will list my dividend income for the month of September 2017.

In September I received a total of $163.45 in dividend income. A record month for me! :)

The following stocks paid me a dividend:

Unilever (UN): $12.52
Royal Dutch Shell (RD): $33.16
Ford Motor (F): $20.40
Boeing (BA): $12.07
Pfizer (PFE): $13.60
IBM (IBM): $12.75
3M (MMM): $9.99
Johnson & Johnson (JNJ): $10.71
Microsoft (MSFT): $9.94
Realty Income (O): $4.50
Qualcomm (QCOM): $14.53
Lockheed Martin (LMT): $9.28

Some of the stocks mentioned above paid me dividend in euros. For reporting purposes, I calculated these back to dollars using the closing exchange rate of 29 September 2017: 1.17416 (€1 = $1.17416).

All dividends are after dividend taxes of 15%, but I can reclaim this via the dutch IRS, so there's an added bonus there when I do my taxes for 2017 (in March 2018).

Last year September I received $94.40, which was my highest dividend paying month for all of 2016. That means that this years September dividend income is an astounding 73.14% increase from last year September.

Here's the updated dividend income graph:
